2. Custom design. Your bathroom is custom designed by one of our highly skilled Project Managers together with our Design Team, working out the best use of every inch of available space.
3. One contract, everything included. Our service covers design, permits, labor, and materials — completed in the promised time frame. If your remodel involves plumbing changes, electrical work, or structural modifications, we handle all permitting and inspections.
4. Simple staged payments. The initial deposit is never greater than $1,000, and the balance is broken into stage payments tied to completed work — demolition, rough plumbing, and so on.
5. A dedicated Project Manager. One person is your main contact for the entire remodel, in touch with you daily and supervising the job until completion.

How do we make the most of a small bathroom?

Many Southern California bathrooms are small, and much of our work is making them feel anything but. A few design moves that consistently pay off:

• Use the corners and every inch of the room, including a pocket door to reclaim swing space;
• Expand the mirror and add layered lighting;
• Float the vanity, or choose a rounded vanity or pedestal sink to open up the floor;
• Use a frameless shower door — or a partial panel only — so the eye travels through the space;
